Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the company, market, contact name, business email, optional international phone number, website, and business information you provide.

Purpose and service providers

We use this information to respond, prepare a diagnosis or sanitized demonstration, communicate about services, protect the form, and understand conversion paths. Hosting, database, and email providers process only the information needed to provide those functions. We do not sell inquiry data.

Anonymous conversion events

A random session identifier is stored only in sessionStorage. The server stores only its hash with page paths, referral host, and campaign parameters. We do not retain raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings for this analytics purpose. Events are retained for up to 180 days.

Access, correction, and deletion

Email lufei@zszzai.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We verify the request before acting and respond within a reasonable period.

Legal review boundary

This policy describes current website behavior. It does not claim a certification or legal status under GDPR or any other privacy framework. The company must complete its legal review before formal launch.
